novo hair a proud to announce that 2011 has been another record year! now seeing over 1300 client visits a month across our Southend and Hockley salons, we are thrilled that, despite the economic doom and gloom, our clients are really appreciating our customer service and professional hairdressing – but we are always aware of the need to continually offer better and more! 2011 has seen many highlights; our Hockley salon won through to the regional final of the L’Oreal Colour Trophy, Stylist Angela Prior has represented L’Oreal and novo at shows and seminars both in the UK and Spain, ever-popular novo team member Ben has graduated to stylist at the Hockley salon, Stylists Melissa and Nicola represented novo at the first “Great Lengths” conference in Rome, and finally 2011 saw the introduction of our email monthly newsletter.
